Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lash kits and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
